Ling Ling Lipscombe is the Head of Finance at HKRP, with responsibility for the financial management of both the Australian and UK operations. She ensures robust financial governance, regulatory compliance, and accurate reporting across jurisdictions, supporting informed decision‑making and sustainable growth.
With over 30 years’ experience in international finance environments across Malaysia, the United Kingdom, and Australia, Ling brings deep expertise across the full accounting and reporting lifecycle. Her role covers day‑to‑day financial operations, month‑end and year‑end reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and statutory financial compliance, including payroll tax, superannuation, and fringe benefits tax.
