For this engagement HKRP is assisting our client SYSTRA MM DJV to gather information and generate documentation demonstrating the HS2 Main Civil Works design can be operated and maintained safely.

This involves several manuals in total, each covering an asset group with information common to all plus addenda for tasks, processes or equipment unique to a particular asset.

A substantial amount of the work involves collating data from various teams (Design, Performance Reliability, Availability & Maintainability (PRAM), Common Safety Method (CSM), etc) and ensuring the scope and content lines up with HS2 maintenance team expectations.
