Following on from HKRP’s support of the Goonyella interlocking project, we were engaged by Aurizon for the development of a project management plan that sets out how the design and construction of the Goonyella interlocking upgrade project should progress.

The specific objective of this scope was to adequately address vital project assurance requirements for the successful delivery of the program of works.

The legislative mandates for each deliverable were documented with a focus on ensuring that the product was safe for operations.
